At Sister Tribe Organics, we prioritize the health and safety of our customers. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an item has been opened or used.
However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace any damaged products to ensure your satisfaction.
To initiate a replacement, please provide a photo of the damaged item along with your order number to support@sistertribeorganics.com and our customer service team will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
